1. Description of Service
WAPulseBot provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to automate messaging, build smart chatbots, manage multiple agents, and integrate Artificial Intelligence tools with WhatsApp.
2. Account Registration and Security
- To use our platform, you must register and maintain a secure account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@wapulsebot.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Fair Use, Spam, and Platform Compliance
- Compliance with Meta/WhatsApp: You agree to use WAPulseBot in total compliance with the official guidelines and policies of WhatsApp/Meta.
- Spam Prohibited: WAPulseBot does not authorize or tolerate the practice of sending unsolicited bulk marketing messages (Spam).
- Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your account's behavior, the lists you import, and the messages you transmit. WAPulseBot is an automation vehicle and is not responsible for any number suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by Meta on your connected WhatsApp lines.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Upgrades
- Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely by our third-party provider, Stripe.
- Recurring Billing: Plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled.
- Upgrades and Downgrades: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan level at any time through your customer dashboard, and price adjustments will be calculated accordingly.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Once canceled, you will retain access to the system until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software and immediate resource provisioning, standard plan subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by international consumer laws or explicit promotions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAPulseBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our automation services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of major changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date.
